North Star Funeral Services offers funeral, memorial, cremation, burial, repatriation and prearrangement services and related products in Quebec, Canada. Availability, pricing and specifications of services may change without notice.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others, or restrict or inhibit the use of the site by others. Any unauthorized use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

3. Quote requests

Our website takes quote requests only; nothing is paid online. An order exists only once it is confirmed with our team (by phone, by email or in person), and prices and availability are confirmed in the quote. Payment terms, deposits and refund conditions for prearrangement contracts are governed by separate written agreements. See also our privacy policy and our refund and returns policy.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and software, is the property of North Star Funeral Services or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on our platforms for commemorative purposes.
